If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your merchandise from our website, simply return it in its original condition with your receipt, original packaging, and with original tags and labels attached within 30 days from the date of your invoice, and we will gladly replace it or give you a refund. Please note the following:
Return of Online Orders
- Merchandise sent back that does not fulfill all of the above/below requirements (for example, if it has been worn or used) will be discarded and a refund will not be applied.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Due to hygiene reasons, From Head to Hose does not accept exchange or return of hosiery. These items are final sale and cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refund.
- Some merchandise returns may be subject to a re-stocking fee of up to $10.00.
We do not currently offer an exchange program. Please return a previously bought item in accordance with this Return Policy, and then place a new order for the desired items at fromheadtohose.com.
How to Return your Item?
- Enclose the return form that came with your item. Print and enclose a copy of your order confirmation (received via e-mail). Failure to include either the return form or the copy of your order confirmation will delay processing of your refund.
- Enclose the item in its original packaging and with original tags and labels attached. Please ship to: From Head to Hose, 1717 Avenue M, Brooklyn, N.Y. 11230.
- We do not assume responsibility for lost or damaged packages in transit. Therefore, we recommend you insure your package and ship it via a trackable shipping method.
- You will receive an email notifying you when we have received your return.
- Within 14 business days of receipt of your return, we will refund your credit card for the purchase amount less shipping and handling. Please note that it may take up to two full billing cycles for your credit to appear on your credit card statement.
